Let riders see your rides and ask for a place without phoning you, and let them pay ahead from their own phone. You switch it on once in Settings. After that, requests come to you to confirm.

Set it up

  1. Open Settings → Booking & cancellation and turn on Allow customers to request rides. Your riders can now ask for rides from their own app. While you're there, set the Self-cancel cutoff: how many hours before a ride a rider can still cancel without asking you.
  2. Turn on Show public schedule. Anyone with the link can now see your upcoming rides and ask to join one, with no account. They see times, ride types and the instructor's first name, never who else is riding.
  3. If you want new riders to join your stable on their own, also turn on Let visitors sign in or join. It adds a Sign in / Join button to the public schedule.
  4. Share the schedule. Next to Public schedule link, tap Copy link and put it on your website, your Facebook page or in a message. For the noticeboard, download the QR poster (Download PNG or Download PDF) and print it. Tap Open to see exactly what visitors see.
  5. To let riders pay ahead, open Settings → Balance and online payments and tap Set up online payments. Stripe asks for your business details, your bank account and an ID document, so have them ready. It takes 15–30 minutes.
  6. When the status shows Active, turn on Accept customer top-ups, and in the Customer balance section on the same page make sure Enable customer wallet (top-ups) is on. Riders and parents can now pay into their balance from Wallet in their app, by card or Apple Pay (BLIK in Poland).
  7. Answer requests under Requests as they come in: confirm, put the rider on another ride, or decline, with a short note if you like. See Answer a ride request.

If something's off

  • The link or the QR code opens a closed page. Show public schedule is off. Turn it back on. Posters you've already printed start working again.
  • A rider can't find Sign in / Join. It only shows while Let visitors sign in or join is on, and only to someone who isn't signed in. Someone already signed in sees Join this stable instead, or, if they already ride with you, a way into their own account.
  • The payment account says Setup incomplete or Action needed. Stripe still needs something from you. Tap Continue setup and finish what it asks for.
  • Riders can't pay online from their Wallet. On Balance and online payments, check that the status is Active and that both Accept customer top-ups and Enable customer wallet (top-ups) are on.

What happens by itself

  • A visitor who isn't signed in first confirms the request from an email, and only then does it land in Requests and you get a notification. If they don't confirm within 24 hours, it's dropped. A signed-in rider's request lands there straight away.
  • When you confirm or decline, the rider gets an email. If they asked from the public schedule without an account, confirming creates one for them. They sign in with the same email, no password needed.
  • A top-up shows on the rider's balance as soon as the payment goes through, and their rides are paid from it first, so the instructor only collects what the balance doesn't cover. This is on by default (Apply wallet credit to lessons automatically).
  • The money goes straight to your own Stripe account, and Stripe pays it out to your bank.
