Your stable runs on Nose, so you can see your rides, ask for a place on one, and check your pass and what you owe without messaging anyone. In about fifteen minutes you'll be signed in, know where your next ride is, and know how many rides are left on your pass. Parents: the last stage is for you.

1 · Sign in · 2 minutes

Nose has no passwords. You sign in with your email.

Invited by email? Open the invitation from your stable and press Accept invitation, then press it once more on the page that opens. That signs you in and takes you to your stable, so you're done.

Every other time (or if the stable gave you a link to its page and you chose Sign in / Join):

  1. Type your email address. Always use the same one: it's how Nose knows it's you, at every stable.
  2. Tap Send magic link. In the Nose phone app, the button is Email me a sign-in code.
  3. Open the email and click the link, or type the 6-digit code. You're in.

Asked to join a ride from the stable's public schedule? Once the stable accepts, sign in with the email you gave on the form.

If you first signed up with Google, you can use Continue with Google in a browser or in an up-to-date Nose phone app.

2 · Add your details and look around · 3 minutes

If the stable doesn't have your name yet, you're asked for your Full name and, if you like, a Phone number. Tap Save and continue.

You land on your Dashboard, with your next ride at the top. Below it, small cards show your Pass, your Balance and any Voucher; tap a card to open it. Coming up lists the rides after that.

The menu holds everything else: Schedule, Passes, and, if your stable uses them, Wallet and Requests.

3 · Get a place on a ride · 3 minutes

  1. Open Schedule and tap a ride.
  2. If it shows Open seats, tap Request a seat, then Submit request.
  3. Your request is listed under Requests as Pending. The stable confirms or declines it, and you're told either way.

No Request a seat button? Your stable books riders itself, so ask them directly.

Changed your mind before they answer? Open the request under Requests and tap Cancel request. Already booked and can't come? Open the ride and tap Cancel participation. It's free until the time the ride shows; after that, contact the stable.

→ Book, move or cancel a ride

4 · Check your pass and what you owe · 3 minutes

Open Passes. Each pass shows how many rides are left and when it runs out. Tap it to see Used rides. A ride comes off your pass automatically; there's nothing to redeem yourself.

If your stable keeps a balance for you, open Wallet. The top of the page usually says one of:

  • To pay: you owe the stable.
  • Available credit: you've paid ahead, and it goes towards your next ride.
  • Settled: nothing owed.

If your stable takes payments online, pay with Pay what I owe or Top up. If the button only tells you to pay at the stable or by bank transfer, do that instead.

→ Check your rides and what you owe

5 · Riding for your child · 5 minutes

Your child doesn't need their own email or login; you run their riding from your account.

  1. Ask the stable to link your child to your account.
  2. Family then appears in your menu, with a card for each child: their upcoming rides, passes and balance. To add a brother or sister later, use Add child on the same page.
  3. To book or pay for a child, open the switcher at the top of Schedule, Passes or Wallet (it starts on You (own account)) and pick their name. Everything you see is now theirs, until you tap Back to my account.

→ Book and pay for your children's rides

You're live when…

  • You can sign in with your email, no password.
  • Your next ride shows on your Dashboard.
  • You know how many rides are left on your pass, and whether you owe anything.
  • If you're a parent, you can switch to your child and see their rides.
