Locations

Locations are the places rides happen — arenas, paddocks, trails, anywhere you run a ride. Set them up once and pick them when you create a ride. Only admins can manage this list.

Adding a location

1. Go to Settings → Locations.
2. Click Add location — at the top of the page, or as the last row of the list.
3. Enter a Name (for example "Arena A").
4. Optionally set a Location color and an Icon to make it easier to spot on the schedule.
5. Click Save.

Editing or archiving a location

• Click a location's row to change its name, color, or icon.
• To archive a location you no longer use, open it and click Archive at the bottom left of the window. If anything is still scheduled there, the confirmation says so — scheduled rides don't move on their own.
• An archived location with nothing scheduled can be deleted permanently with the bin icon in the Archived section.

Good to know

• Archived locations stay visible on past rides, but they no longer appear when creating a new ride.
• Archived locations move into the folded Archived section below the list — open it to restore one.
• A deleted location disappears from settings and pickers, but past rides and events keep it in their history. While upcoming rides, series, events or bookings still use a location, the section shows how many instead of a delete button — move them first.
