How it works
- How money movesFrom a ride's price to the instructor's pay: how the rider paid, when it counts in your figures, and why a pass ride brings in no new money.AdminsInstructors
- Passes, vouchers and balanceThree things that can all pay for a ride and often get mixed up: what each one is, and when each is used.AdminsInstructorsRiders
- Signing in vs belonging to a stableYour account is you, the same everywhere; a membership is your place in one stable. Signing in on its own never adds you to a stable.
- Who can see and do whatThe five roles (admin, instructor, helper, customer, horse owner) in one picture, and the differences people mix up.
- What settling meansSettling up with an instructor freezes their pay for the rides and sales you settle — what that locks, and what you can still change.AdminsInstructors
