Export my data

Request a copy of everything Nose holds about you as a downloadable file.

The Export my data page lets you request a copy of everything Nose holds about you — your own personal download, separate from what any stable keeps in its own records.

Requesting an export

  1. Open Export my data.
  2. Press Request my data.
  3. Your request is queued. Processing usually takes under an hour.
  4. When it's ready, it appears under Past requests with a Download button, and we also email you a download link. You can download it for 7 days.

While a request is in progress, the button is disabled and a note tells you an export is already being prepared — you can't queue a second one until the first finishes.

What's included

Your export is a single file containing:

  • Your profile and your email address
  • Your stable memberships
  • The rides you've taken part in
  • Your passes and vouchers
  • Your ride requests
  • Your in-app notifications
  • The contact email a stable keeps for you, if it has one
  • If you're on a stable's Rota team: your place on the team, how you're paid and your rate, your hours and your days off
  • If a stable settles your pay on the Earnings page: your settlements, and the Rota days they paid
  • If you run a stable: the check-in emails we've sent you
  • If you signed up through one of our campaign links: that link, and when you set up your stable
  • A record of account actions tied to you

Past requests

Below the request button, Past requests lists every export you've asked for, with its date and status: Pending, Processing, Sent by email, Failed, or Expired. An export you can still download shows a Download button — use it any time in those 7 days, including when the email never arrived. If you haven't requested one yet, this list is empty.

Good to know

  • Each export can be downloaded for 7 days after it's ready — after that, its status becomes Expired and you'll need to request a new one.
  • If a request fails, you can simply request again.
  • This is your personal data. It doesn't include other people's private information.
