The Dashboard is the admin's one-page view of the stable: how today is going, what is waiting for you, and whether the stable is making money. Open Dashboard from the menu. It's yours to rearrange: nothing here is fixed.
What's on it
A stable starts with six blocks. On a phone they stack in this order:
- Key figures: four cards with today's numbers. Rides today with how many are done and how many are still to go, Seats filled, Horses in work with how many are near or at their daily limit or resting, and On duty with the names. You can swap any card for another figure, such as this week's revenue.
- Needs you: one list of everything waiting on you, each row with a count: requests to decide, past rides left unpaid for over a week, clients over their limit, instructors to settle, overdue care tasks, health items due, and passes ending within 7 days. A row is there only while something is waiting.
- Money this month: revenue, costs and the result for the month so far, the same figures as in Finances. While fixed costs are still missing for the month, you get an estimate with a range instead of a result, as you do there.
- Revenue and costs: the last six months as a chart, with revenue above the line, costs below it and the result as a line. The current month is marked to date. Point at a month, or tap it, to see what each colour stands for and how much it is.
- Who owes you: what your clients owe the stable right now, split by how late each client's oldest unpaid item is. See the clients who owe opens the list in Earnings.
- Horses this week: the five horses with the most work this week, busiest first. A horse near or at its daily limit today is marked.
In Needs you, Unpaid past rides and Clients over their limit open right there: tap a ride to settle it, or use Collect and Raise limit on a client. Every other row takes you to the page where the job is done.
On a brand-new stable Key figures starts at zero and the other blocks show a short note. Everything fills in as you add rides, horses and payments.
If a module is off
- Finances off: both money blocks still work. Costs are then instructor pay and horse care only, and the bottom figure is labelled After instructor pay and horse care, not a result. Rent, feed and other yard costs aren't counted. Turn on Finances under the figures takes you to the switch.
- Boarding off: Who owes you counts unpaid rides only.
- Rota off: Key figures has no On duty card.
Rearranging your dashboard
- Click Customize in the top-right corner.
- In edit mode you can:
- Add widget to pick one from the catalogue.
- Drag any widget by its handle to reorder it.
- Switch a widget between full and half width, duplicate it, or remove it.
- Configure Key figures to change what a card shows, add a card or remove one (one to four cards).
- Configure a widget you built: its measure, chart type and time period.
- Click Save to keep this layout for yourself, or Save as stable default so every admin who hasn't saved their own starts from it. Cancel discards your changes.
Reset to default brings back your stable's default: the layout an admin saved for everyone, or the six blocks above if nobody did.
More widgets in the catalogue
Add widget holds the six blocks above, in case you remove one, and the widgets a dashboard used to start with:
- A revenue trend: revenue taken at rides, week by week.
- Pending requests: how many ride requests are waiting for your approval.
- Alerts: past rides that still have unpaid riders, and clients whose debt has passed their limit. Both lists clear as you settle.
- Instructor payouts: what each instructor is owed for the month, with Mark paid.
- Cash reconciliation: the cash each instructor took in on a given day.
- Awaiting settlements: one row per instructor with days to settle, with Settle.
The week's rides, revenue and customers, and the active passes, which Key figures used to show, are still there too. Add one as a single figure, or put it on a Key figures card with Configure.
You can also build your own figures, trends, breakdowns and rankings from rides, revenue, hours, passes, vouchers and more. The counter in the toolbar counts those, Key figures and the revenue trend included. Widgets tagged Operations in the catalogue, the other five starting blocks among them, don't count towards the limit.
