Check your rides and what you owe
See how many rides are left on your pass, whether you owe the barn anything, and pay it.
ForRiders
How many rides are left on your pass, whether you owe the barn anything, and how to pay it. You'll find all three under Dashboard, Passes and Wallet in your menu.
Check your rides and pay
- Open your Dashboard. The small cards under your next ride give you the short answer: Pass shows the rides left out of the total and when it runs out, Balance shows what you owe or have in credit, and Voucher shows what's left on a voucher. Tap a card to open the full page.
- Open Passes to see every pass and voucher you have. Each card shows the rides left and the date it's valid until.
- Tap a pass to see its Rides left, the date it's Valid until, and Used rides: every ride it has paid for, with the date and the instructor.
- Open Wallet to see your money. The top of the page says one of: To pay (you owe the barn), Available credit (you've paid ahead) or Settled (nothing owed). History below lists every charge and payment, newest first.
- To pay online, tap Pay what I owe. The amount you owe is already picked. Tap the Pay … button with the amount on it, then finish on the secure payment page that opens. To pay ahead when you owe nothing, use Add funds the same way.
- If you owe money but there's no Pay what I owe button, or Add funds only tells you to pay at the barn or by bank transfer, your barn doesn't take payments online. Pay by bank transfer or at the barn, as the card says.
Riding for a child? Pick their name in the switcher at the top of Passes or Wallet (it starts on You (own account)). See Book and pay for your children's rides.
If something's off
- There's no Wallet in your menu. Your barn doesn't keep a balance for you, so you pay the way they ask, for example at the ride or with a pass. Passes works either way.
- You've paid, but it still says To pay. Cash and bank transfers show once the barn has recorded them; if it doesn't change, ask them. An online payment shows as soon as it's confirmed. If you see Still processing, tap Check now or come back later.
- It says Unapplied balance. Your money has arrived; the barn just hasn't matched it to your lesson yet. Nothing to do.
- Your pass has run out or expired. You can't buy a pass in the app. Ask the barn; once they've sold you one, it appears under Passes. To get a reminder about a week before a pass with rides left expires, turn on Pass & voucher expiry reminders for push, email or both under Notifications in My account.
What happens by itself
- Each ride you take comes off your pass and appears under Used rides. There's nothing to hand over or redeem.
- Credit in your Wallet goes toward your next ride, usually without you doing anything.
- After an online payment, your balance updates on its own as soon as the payment goes through.
